Monthly Report

The City of Sanger has introduced a new monthly report which contains a synopsis of department activities and accomplishments for the month. This report replaces our monthly performance measures. While conveying some of the same information, it is intended to be more informative to the reader. We hope this paints a clearer picture of what's happening in the city.

Performance Measures

On October 1, 2012, Sanger instituted a performance measurement system for all city departments. In October 2013 Performance measures were updated and enhanced to provide even more information. This system tracks service delivery to our customers both internal and external. Performance measures will be updated monthly. Performance measures are not goals.

The performance measures quantify our customers' expectations of service delivery and let us know if we are missing the mark so corrections can be made. Citizens are encouraged to click on the links below to see how we are doing.
