    Please check yes, if you want to set up a 30 account only.  The account will be automatically disconnected after 30 days.  

  6. Letter of Credit from previous electric provider in the applicant's name. Must show 12 months of zero late payments, zero cut offs, and zero return checks to waive electric deposit.

  7. Filling out this online form does not guarantee services or service start date.

    Please allow 2 business days for response.  

    If needing service sooner, please call our office at 940-458-7930.  Once received, a customer service representative will email you to get more information and for submission of payment of deposit and service fees.  Services will not be started without more information and payment.  Commercial addresses will need to contact Development Services to receive a Temporary Power Release or Certificate of Occupancy before electric services can be started.
