2. What to Expect

   Secure a two-hour window on the scheduled date and time for the Videographer to capture footage from both inside and outside your business and for the interview process.

   Complete and sign the filming waiver, which will be sent to you once a date is scheduled.

   Provide a paragraph that tells your business story and highlights anything else you want to showcase in the video. Please provide this by the time of filming.  

   Example:

   • Introduce yourself and your business, and how long you have been in Sanger.
   • Share your business story and what makes your business unique
   • Explain why you chose Sanger as the home for your business.

   This video will be a maximum of 2 minutes.  This is not a commercial or a photo shoot for your business.  The intent is to create a video that showcases your unique offering in Sanger.

   The Spotlight videos will be featured on the Economic Development social media sites, newsletters, and website platforms. 

   You will receive a copy of the video for private use. However, we kindly ask that you refrain from posting on any social media platform until the Sanger EDC pages have shared the video and tagged your business (usually within one to two weeks of filming).

   All businesses and nonprofit organizations with a valid City of Sanger business license operating from a commercial business location or using a permitted vehicle for mobile businesses and having been in business for at least one year are eligible to apply.

   If the filming is canceled after being scheduled, you may lose your spot on the waitlist.
