Service Provider

Trash and recycling services in Sanger are provided by Waste Connections and are billed by the City of Sanger monthly on utility bills.

• For missed collections or service issues, email Waste Connections or call 800-909-9061. Waste Connections is open Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and on Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm.
• For questions regarding bills, email Sanger Customer Service or call 940-458-7930. City Hall is open Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 5 pm and on Friday from 7:30 am to 11 am.

Holidays

Waste Connections does not provide service on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

If your service day should fall on or after one of the above noted holidays within the same week, then service will be provided on the next day. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, there will be no delays in service.  For example, if Christmas Day is observed on a Thursday, Thursday service will move to Friday and Friday service will move to Saturday.
