Residents of City of Sanger, June 12, 2017
Pavecon Public Works is under contract with the City of Sanger to reconstruct and improve McReynolds Road. During the upcoming construction there will be revised traffic patterns. Beginning on June 8, 2017 we are going to set up detours. During the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday McReynolds Rd. will be closed to the west of Lake Ridge Drive. Residents will be directed to leave and return using F.M. 2164 during the hours the road is closed. When the road is not closed there will be ONE WAY traffic heading west in to town. Residents will be able to leave and head toward the City of Sanger. When residents return to Lake Ridge Drive they will need to use F.M. 2164 and come in from the east.
Our goal is to complete as much of if not all of the construction between Lake Ridge Dr. and Jones St. while school is out for the summer. Pavecon and the City of Sanger have been and will stay in constant communication. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to the residents of Lake Ridge. In order to meet the time constraints of Sanger ISD being out of for the summer we have to operate in as much of the road way as possible. There will be one or more modifications to the traffic pattern while we are working at the intersection of Lake Ridge and McReynolds Road. When this work is performed I will be sending out an additional notification(s) to keep the residents informed.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact me at the information listed below. We want to complete this project with as little inconvenience as possible. I appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work toward completing this project.
