Mayor Signs Revised Declaration of Local Disaster for COVID-19 

SANGER, TX, April 30, 2020 (7:55 p.m.) – On Thursday, April 30, Mayor Thomas Muir signed a revised declaration of local disaster for public health emergency due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in the City of Sanger. This declaration aligns us with the Governor's Open Texas plan, which takes effect May 1, 2020 and the most recent Executive Order Amendment issued by Denton County Judge Andy Eads on April 28, 2020. The revised declaration will go in effect immediately and will continue until seven days from the date of this revised declaration unless continued or renewed by City Council of Sanger, Texas.
