Mayor Signs Revised Declaration of Local Disaster for COVID-19

SANGER, TX, March 25, 2020 (7:55 p.m.) – On Wednesday, March 25, Mayor Thomas Muir signed a revised declaration of local disaster for public health emergency to minimize the potential impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in the City of Sanger. This declaration aligns us with the most recent Executive Order Amendment issued by Denton County Judge Andy Eads on March 24, 2020. The revised declaration will go in effect Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at 11:59 PM and will continue for seven days unless extended by Sanger City Council.
